Windsor Square Garden Tour

Revel in Windsor Square’s spring foliage on this exclusive tour of private gardens in historic homes in one of Los Angeles’s most storied neighborhoods.

ICAA Southern California and the Windsor Square Hancock Park Historical Society have partnered to showcase a lush array of traditional and classical gardens designed through a Southern California lens, by some of the city’s top landscape architects. Docents will welcome you with information about each of these unique homes and gardens, which include a 1920 French Normandy home featuring the landscapes of Cheryl Kellough; a 1915 Colonial Revival home originally owned by the Van Nuys family, with landscapes by Patricia Benner; and the 1920s Italian Renaissance Revival home of one of LA’s “celebrity” landscape architects.

Guests can stroll the tour at their own pace, enjoying delightful refreshments and dozens of hybrid tea and David Austin roses, Nuccio camellias, oak leaf hydrangeas, lemon and peppermint geraniums, pineapple guavas, mediterranean plants and succulents as well as olive, fig, and citrus trees along the way. Don’t miss this chance to enjoy the best of what the Southern California climate brings!

Meeting location will be shared upon registration.
